💳 Payments
We currently only accept EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer).
Please email proof of payment to: blessedhandsbeautybar@outlook.com using your order Number as the payment reference.
Orders will only be processed once the payment reflects in our bank account. This may take up to 3 working days, depending on your bank. Instant payments or FNB-to-FNB transfers will reflect immediately. Please check with your bank for their EFT processing times.

📦 Order Processing Times
Orders are processed within 1–3 working days after payment has cleared.
Orders placed during store hours will be prioritize d (between 8 am & 4 pm)
Orders placed after 4:00 PM or on weekends/public holidays will be processed within 3–5 working days.
You will receive an email notification once your order is ready, along with real-time tracking details.

🚚 Shipping Policy
Delivery Time: Orders are shipped within 3–5 working days after processing, subject to courier availability and unforeseen delays beyond our control.
Flat Rate: R100 nationwide for parcels under 5kg.
If your order exceeds 5kg, you will be contacted with updated shipping charges based on actual weight.
Free shipping applies to all orders over R1000, provided the total weight does not exceed 5kg
We currently do not ship internationally.

🔁 Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, our products are sealed and non-returnable once opened. We do not accept refunds or exchanges unless:
The item(s) arrived damaged or defective.

To qualify for a resolution:
Email us at blessedhandsbeautybar@outlook.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Include your order number and clear photos of the damaged item(s).
We will address each concern on a case-by-case basis and aim to offer a satisfactory solution.
